Changes are coming to our Donation Center
Anova is making some changes to how we receive donations to better support survivors and ensure items match real-time needs. Moving to an appointment-based model will help us use resources more efficiently while maintaining safety for our staff, volunteers, and clients.
The Donation Centre will permanently close on March 31, 2026. Until then, donations will continue to be accepted as follows:

Now through December 22, 2025: Drop-offs every Tuesday and Thursday, 12–3 p.m. [See here for extended December hours]

December 23, 2025 – February 28, 2026: Appointment-only drop-offs by contacting donations@anovafuture.org

March 1, 2026 onward: Donations will be accepted by appointment or during designated hours at our shelter locations. Full hours and locations will be announced in the new year.
We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has donated time, items, and energy to support survivors through our Donation Centre. Your generosity has made a real difference—and as we move toward this new model, your continued support ensures we can meet the needs of families in the most meaningful and efficient way possible.
