Our universally accessible Wellington Road and Clarke Road facilities are high security, never close and provide emergency and short term shelter, free of charge, to women* and their children who have experienced gender-based violence.

Sexual Assault Counselling
Providing individual and group counselling for women and gender-diverse folx (aged 15+) who have experienced childhood or adult sexual violence. Additionally, we provide support to caregivers of individuals who have experienced sexual violence and are under the age of 15.

Second Stage Housing
A rent-geared-to-income 25 unit apartment complex in South London offering housing to women and children who require safe, medium security housing.

Family Court Support
The Family Court Support Program offers direct support to female and male victims of domestic violence or abuse going through the Family Court System by offering:
- Information about family law procedures and processes
- Assistance in recording the history of abuse for court documentation
- Safety planning related to court attendances
- Debriefing of lawyers appointments, court outcomes, Family Law Information Centre meetings, and consultations with duty counsel
- Accompaniment to family court proceedings
- Assistance through the legal process
- Information and support in accessing Legal Aid and other community supports and services

Community Outreach
Our Community Outreach team provides on going assistance within the community to individuals experiencing violence. Meetings are held in places that are safe for clients to discuss various topics such as individual safety plans, assisting with navigating systems (legal, financial, housing, health, etc.), safe and affordable housing, connection to resources and supports in the community, advocacy and referrals.
